She is a singer, a contextual story- teller for adults and a bilingual open mike performer; has walked the ramp to support causes, does live news shows and is a resource person for panel discussions on Child Rights and Women's issues. She teaches Hindi to expats in Gurugram and English and self- defense to underprivileged women and children. Her published work encompass subjects as diverse as Micro finance, with "Social Intermediary role of Micro Finance Institutions in India", "Dictionary of Micro Finance Terminology", etc. and poetic publications as "786 Ashaar of Ghalib", "Ghalib and 25 Masters" and contributions to “She, The Shakti”, a bilingual anthology of poems, being some of her work. She has recently been nominated as “Influencer” in the performing Arts category by Womennovator, Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs (COWE) in association with MSE, New Delhi. She is the Founder Secretary of NGO Eco Lib Foundation under the aegis of which she initiated the Radiant Kids MultiActivity Center for socio- economically marginalized women and children in an urban slum of Gurugram in 2012. Concurrently she works to empower NGOs with strategic management inputs, assists women led start- ups with direction and financial products, leads initiatives for awareness on issues related to gender, diversity, inclusivity, women’s health and serves on the ICC and ethics committee of several companies as an independent director. She has started another Social initiative “Khushiyon Ka Sajha” from 2019 to encourage “Recycling, Donation and Buy- off of Pre- loved Books and unused gifts” among the well- off members of society for the purpose of fund raising for charity. This program is currently underway at The Circle Work, Huda Metro Station Gurugram, and at several condominiums in Gurugram.
